Monday! Hope everyone enjoyed our brief encounter with snow this weekend! Last few days of Feb. this week and then we head into March. This year seems to be moving fast for some reason. We’d better pick up the pace than with our training to keep up. No holidays or interruption on the calendar so let’s put some sweat on the mats! See you soon!

Friday! Looks like we have a frigid day ahead of us and an even colder weekend! Is that snow in the forecast for Saturday? Wow, better make sure you have your warm winter clothes ready. Training will be hot tonight, however! Time to get that last bit of sweat in before we enjoy (or endure the cold of) the weekend.

Monday! It’s Presidents’ Day / week! We are OPEN for all classes. So, while kids might get some free time from school, martial arts training is in full effect. Let’s make some gains this week. Reminder, it’s not always leaps and bounds that make a difference, it’s those little steps that keep you moving forward! Let’s get training!

Wednesday Feb. 15, 2023 – We are OPEN for classes.

We hope everyone had a fantastic Valentine’s Day! Now we need to work off any candy surprises we might have received – haha. The weather is chilly, but the training will be hot! Can’t wait to see everyone!

2-14-2023

Tuesday 2-14-2023 – Closed for Classes because of bad weather.

As is our policy, when the Kent School district closes, we also close. Things might have been better by tonight, but with plunging temperatures expected and icy roads we’re maintaining our policy. Tomorrow looks to be a much nicer day and we’ll dive into training then. Stay safe and stay warm!
