Our comprehensive program covers punching, kicking, throwing, submission grappling and weapons. For Adults, we offer SAMBO (also called CAMBO) a Russian Style of martial arts consisting primarily of Judo and Submission Grappling. For Children and Teenagers, we offer age appropriate classes in a traditional martial arts environment that includes Karate, kickboxing and CAMBO.

  You don’t need a special event to start working on your goals—all you need is the desire to act. Get in shape, learn self-defense, and challenge yourself in a private training environment focused on progress and skill.

  We accept new adult students only three times a year. For October, we are ONLY opening ONE specific trial window to ensure personalized instruction:

  ❗2-Week Trial Group (8 Spots Available):❗
  ➡️Starting Oct 5, 6, or 7 (your first class must be on one of these days!)

  ➡️Train as often as you’d like during your trial. To qualify, simply attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.

  The Training:
  ✅ Expert Led: Every class is run by the Head Coach.

  ✅ The Skills: Learn throwing, submission grappling, striking, and self-defense in a no-ego atmosphere.

  ✅ Strict Standards: Ongoing classes are capped at a 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio.

  What a great weekend for paintball! Saturday really did us a favor by holding off on the rain, giving us perfect conditions to play round after round all day long.

  A special thank you to our friends from Woodinville Martial Arts for coming out and sharing the field with us. They always bring great energy, plenty of laughs, and make every event even more enjoyable!

  Now it’s time to buckle down. Testing for our Teens and Children is only 3 weeks away, so we’ll be focusing hard on preparation and helping everyone put their best foot forward.

  And hey, ADULTS! We’ll be posting our Open Enrollment information tomorrow, and you won’t want to miss this opportunity.

  As we head into the weekend, we take a moment to remember and honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as the first responders and everyday heroes who answered the call that day.

  In martial arts, we talk often about courage, service, and standing up for others. Today is a reminder that those values matter not only on the mat, but in our communities and our daily lives.
