Full speed ahead! The beginning of the year is such an exciting time. We have students who have been training for years, mixing in with those that have just begun. While we all have our own personal goals, having a great team to help makes it easier to achieve! Keep up the great work!

First Friday of the New Year! It’s been a great week of training; I’ve loved seeing everyone get back on the mats. Plus, all the new faces of people starting their martial arts journey! Reminder Friday classes run a bit different. Beginning Kids at 4:30 pm; Intermediate and Advanced kids at 5:15 pm; Teens and Adults are 6:30 pm till 8:30 pm. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hope everyone had a fabulous holiday weekend! Now we look for the New Year, 2023, here we come! Reminder, we are on Winter Break this week, classes start on Tuesday Jan. 3, 2023. After that it’s full steam ahead, so be prepared, we’re going to make 2023 the best year ever!
