Welcome to a rainy Wednesday! It seems the weather can’t decide on being sunny and nice or being cold and wet. Good thing we’re an indoor sport! We have posted pictures from our Halloween Party on our Facebook page. Feel free to head over there and check them out. Also, don’t forget this weekend we set the clocks back an hour! Seems too soon for me!

We’re not expecting a lot of people tonight, but if you’re not celebrating or already celebrated this weekend, then we are here for you. Classes on normal schedule. If you’re getting your Halloween Tricks or Treats in tonight, then be safe and we’ll see you this week!
We are working on getting our Halloween pictures into a Facebook album, but FB is being difficult. We’ll get it worked out and have it soon. Check back often!

Friday Halloween Party! Tonight, is our Halloween party, so there are no other classes. Everything begins at 5 pm! Kids can wear their Halloween costumes or can come in their martial arts uniforms. Friends and family are welcome to attend! I can’t get any more excited!
Weeks half over and it’s going great! Reminder this Friday is our annual kids Halloween party! We’ve missed this party for the last 2 years because of COVID. We are so excited to see it make its triumphant return! We hope you are too! It’s going to be SPOOKTACULAR!
While technically Halloween is next Monday, we’ll be celebrating this Friday with our annual Halloween Party! Classes as normal this week, except on Friday from 5 pm till 6:15 pm, we will be getting our scare on! We hope to see you this week and on Friday!
Friday! We made it through that stretch of bad air quality. Thanks to a little wind and rain everything is looking, and smelling, much nicer today. We’ll ramp tonight’s classes back up a bit and try to get that end of the week sweat going. Next week is our annual Halloween party and we can hardly wait! Tricks and treats oh my!

Great night of classes even though the air quality was horrible. We will continue to have classes, but just like tonight we will be slowing things down to adjust for everyone’s health. If you have asthma, or if you feel over affected by the bad air, please stay home and take care of your health. You can always make up classes.
Be well and hopefully we’ll see you Thursday. Friday is looking for some improvements with wind and rain in the mix. Hang in there, it will get better. Next week is our Halloween party so get ready for that too!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! Great news for children and teens; belts came in today, so we will be passing out the new ranks in class. With that we will be bearing down and getting to work this week. We have to work hard to make up for all the Halloween candy coming!
Adults are already pushing it, with eyes on the end of the year and making good on all last year’s goals. Remember you don’t need a holiday to get started on new goals, make your own holiday and get to work on it now.
Friday! This month is about over but we have a lot of great things coming! We’ve been sending home fliers for this year’s Halloween party! It’s been 2 years since we’ve been able to host this event because of Covid. I’m so excited to see its return! If you haven’t gotten a flier, you soon will. You can also check our Calander of Events on the website, or events section on Facebook for the information. Our Halloween parties are epic! You won’t want to miss it.
