It’s a hot one today, folks! We are OPEN for all classes, but please keep these quick tips in mind to stay safe and cool:
Keep Kids & Teens Juice-Free: Please, NO fruit juice before class. High heat + juice acidity + training = upset stomachs. Stick strictly to water!
Close the Door: The AC is cranking. Help us keep the training floor cool by making sure the front door closes fully behind you.
Pacing the Work: To beat the heat, we’re slowing things down today to focus strictly on technique.
Adults Registration: Group 2 for Open Registration starts tonight! We still have a few spots left. Tuesday is the absolute last day to sign up, and you must be able to start by Wednesday.
