Welcome to the last training Friday for 2021! Starting next week, we are on Winter Break. Classes as normal tonight, so get that last little bit of training in, that last moment of fun before we all get a well-deserved vacation!

Welcome to the last week of training before Winter Break! While it’s been a topsy-turvy world this year, training here has been rock solid! This week will be no different! Children and teens are going to start working on new belt requirements and the adult SAMBO class is going all in on boxing / kickboxing this week!

Welcome to Friday! Looks like we’re in for a little bit of rough weather heading into tonight and this weekend. Hopefully, you can stay warm and safe as our PNW winter weather rears its terrible side.
Next week we start our last big week of training before winter break! Can’t wait to see everyone as we finish out the year.

What a fantastic way to start a Monday! Testing last Friday was a blast! The children and teens did an awesome job. It was a magnificent event to start the run to the end of the year! Testing results are posted at the school. Congratulations to everyone!
Adult SAMBO class: Reminder that this week we are working on some self-defense and Combat SAMBO applications. Come prepared to challenge yourself!

Testing times for Friday!
Please be 5 to 10 min early for your testing time. If the previous group has not dismissed from the school, please wait outside till there is room. We are attempting to be as efficient as possible, please be patient and kind! Thanks!
Children’s Test:
White and Sr. White Belts — 5 pm
Yellow and Sr. Yellow Belts — 5:30 pm
Orange and Sr. Orange Belts — 6:00 pm
Green, Blue and Sr. Red Belts — 6:40 pm
Teenagers: If possible, teens should arrive at 5 pm to help with the children tests. All teens should arrive no later than 7 pm. Teenager test will begin immediately after the children’s test. Please be aware that we are testing a large group this time so it may be a late night.
Wednesday! Reminder for teens and children, testing applications are due today! You can drop them off at any time. Testing times will be posted tomorrow, please check back it looks to be a big test.
Adults’ reminder to get your training in. No class on Friday because of the belt test, so push a little extra for the next couple of days!
This Friday will be the last test of 2021 for teens and children! Please have all testing applications turned in by Wednesday. Testing times will be posted by Thursday late afternoon, so check back then! It’s going to be a terrific way to finish the year!
Adults CAMBO class will be working throws and submissions as we begin to look at some combat CAMBO applications. Self-Defense and striking – oh my!
