Welcome to the holiday season and the sprint to the end of the year! Whether you celebrate the holidays or not, hopefully everyone will find some good cheer to spread. Ending the year on a positive high note is always a great way to start off the new one. So, this month we will bear down on the training, push a little extra and make those great strides towards making ourselves even 1% better than we were before. Let’s get working.
