Reminder to adults. Our open Open Enrollment for our SAMBO (also called CAMBO) class is currently active. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in the SAMBO class during February, June and October. You must preregister before starting and the window is only open from June 3rd to the 24th. Contact us for more detailed information!

I was hoping to have a big reveal today for something new and exciting on our website! However, some technical things in the background are taking longer than I thought they would. So be patient! Monday is the new target date!

Wednesday!

Training has been going great this week! A little more than a month and a half till the end of the school year. This is a time when children / teens’ focus can waiver a bit as summer vacation starts calling. Seeing so many young students being dedicated to their training is truly a gift to us at Lion’s Way! Thank you for being spectacular.

Our adult class continues to push as well. New throws and submissions are the name of the game. Coming in June, we will also have our 2nd open registration for the adult class coming up. Reminder: While our children and teen classes are open year round for new students, our adult class operates as a closed training group. That means we only have open enrollment three times a year! February, June and October. More information is coming soon for June!

Monday! After a few hiccups, our website has been successfully transferred to a new server. You should experience faster load times and over all smoother experience. We have some exciting new things we’re installing in the background and should have some big surprises coming later this week. Stay tuned!

Spring Break! We are OPEN next week for Spring Break. Kent school district celebrates spring break April 8th to the 12th. We are OPEN for all classes, normal schedule. A great time to make up missed classes or simply stay active during the down time! —We’ll see you Monday!

Great week so far! Children and teens have taken it a little easier, recovering from a fantastic test. Adults are pumping out throws and focusing on submissions from the back. Lion’s Way has the best students!

Reminder: No class this Friday April 5, because of Instructor Workshop. We are OPEN all next week for Spring Break!
