Sign ups for our next adult sessions have begun. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. So now is the time! Tryout classes start on September 30th and will run until October 25th.

– Classes capped at a 10 to 1 student to instructor ratio.

– Classes run by the head coach.

– Learn throwing, submission grappling, striking and self-defense in a no ego atmosphere.

– Get healthy in a dynamic activity that will stimulate your mind and your body.

Wednesday Aug 28th: Kent School District starts the 2024-2025 school year!

Monday Sept 2nd: Labor Day – No class on Labor Day! Enjoy the 3-day weekend!

Tuesday Sept 3rd: Open Registration beings for our Adult SAMBO class, you must pre-registered to start. While our children and teen classes are open year round for new students, our adult class operates as a closed private training group. That means we only have open enrollment three times a year! February, June and October. The Open Enrollment for Oct. will last from Monday Sept. 30 to Friday Oct 25th.

Saturday Sept. 7th: Paintball! Get ready for our annual paintball game, open to advanced kids, teens, and adult classes! This beloved event at Lion’s Way is a highlight of the year. Spend an entire day with friends and family, enjoying the thrill of the game and making unforgettable memories. Join us for a day of fun and excitement!

All the time: Don’t forget, our regular training is still ongoing! Getting in shape, learning self defense and having fun while doing it! Join our community and let us help you reach your goals!
