Once a test has started, late students may not enter. While summer tests tend to be smaller, we still have a good number of people testing. Please be on time to help ensure it runs smoothly! Please be patient as we work through it!

Training is fun! We prove that every day with our spectacular classes. Children, teen and adults! So many great people on the mats this summer! Keep up the fantastic work!
Monday! Nice to see some rainfall, even if it is only for a short time. Next week will be testing for children and teens. I will send testing information home starting today. Keep working hard. Summer tests are usually spectacular! We also have a summer break coming in Aug., more on that later.
Hot day! Air-conditioning is on and we will be training! Reminder to drink little bit of water through out the day, not all at once! Also, kids training please avoid fruit juices like orange juice if you are coming to train. The acidic acid combined with heat and activity can make for an upset stomach! Loving the sunshine!
Monday! Only a couple more weeks of July left to go. Hope summer isn’t passing you by too fast. Children and teens are about 3-weeks out from testing, so time to sharpen up those skills! Adults have been rocking the summer, and it’s great to see so many consistently hitting the mats! Great job everyone, keep that momentum going!
Wednesday! What a great week! Classes have been bursting with people and training is going fabulously! Keep up the great summer work!
Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! Time to get back on the mats and get some summer sweat going. Children and teenagers are working our core curriculum this week, while the adults continue to work throw combinations and submissions from various top control positions! What a great time to be training!
Wednesday! Hope everyone had a fun, and safe, Independence Day! Looks like the heat today has backed off just enough for us to have classes. Air-conditioning is on and we’ll slow things down to ensure everyone’s safety. Please remember to drink water through out the day to stay hydrated.
