Great week of training so far! It was nice to get a bit of rain, even if it made it muggy. Reminder, Monday Sept. 4th is Labor Day. We are closed for classes that day. Enjoy the 3-day weekend.

Monday! Looks like we’re do for a weather shift this week and some thunderstorms! Good thing we train inside. Now that kids are back in school, back on a normal schedule, it’s time to crank up the training! See you soon!

Back to school Wednesday! The Kent school district starts school today! Congratulations to all the children and parents entering another exciting school year. I know you’re going to rock it!

Good time to remember those school speed zones and rules about stopping around buses. We want everybody to be safe.

Also, great to see so many kids, teens and even adults returning from summer break! Classes are “kicking” and fun. It’s going to be a fantastic year!

Monday! Hope everyone had a fantastic Summer Break! We are back OPEN for classes and can’t wait to see you!

Looks like we missed a lot of heat and dirty air while on break. Air quality will improve today, thankfully! We each have our own health to consider when planning to train, so if you have asthma or other respiratory problems, no problem. Please use your own determinations when deciding to come to class. You can always make up classes here. Your health is always our promary consern.

Kent School District starts school on Wednesday! I’m sure it’s going to be a fantastic start to a new year! Don’t forget to make time for training! It will help your children relieve stress, stay focused and be more confident in class!

Reminder, next week no class as we have Summer Break! Kids can enjoy those last days of summer as the new school years prepares to begin! It’s going to be fantastic!

This past Friday we had a superb Summer Test! The kids and teens really pushed themselves and rocked this one out. We will post the testing results in the entry hall today. Congratulations to all!

This week we have classes as normal, time to get a little summer sweat in. Next week is summer break, so make sure you get that mat time in! See you soon!

Once a test has started, late students may not enter. While summer tests tend to be smaller, we still have a good number of people testing. Please be on time to help ensure it runs smoothly! Please be patient as we work through it!

Children (Test according to their current Rank)

White and Sr. White Belts — 5 pm

Yellow Belts — 5:30 pm

Orange. Green, Blue and Sr. Blue — 6 pm

Teenagers

If possible, teenagers should show up at 5 pm to help with the children’s test. If not, then please show by 6:20 pm. The teenager test will begin immediately after the children’s tests end. Again, Teens please show no later than 6:20pm!

All teens should show for the test whether or not they are testing. Please support your teammates and plan to be there for the entire test.
