Kids and Teens! Belts are in and we will begin passing them out today in class. A great time to work on new striking, grappling and pushing your limits – Let’s get to work!

Adults! – Time is ticking away. Registration for our next Open Enrollment period is now available. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. So now is the time! Classes have started and will run until October 25th. Pre-registration is required before starting and once closed you’ll have to wait till 2025 to try again!
