Wednesday: The weather has really taken a turn for the cold! Thankfully, we keep things warm by training inside and upping the intensity! We’re now two and a half weeks out from the first belt testing of the year for teens and children. It’s a hard test to be ready for, especially since the holidays cut some training time, but if you want to push, now’s the time!

ADULTS! – Registration for our next Open Enrollment period is now available. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. So now is the time! Classes start on February 3rd and will run until February 28th.
