Please Note: Our adult class is a private training group with limited capacity. These deadlines are firm and cannot be extended. Once we hit our max student count or reach the deadline, enrollment will close until our next session later this year.

Are we halfway through January already? Not quite—but the new year isn’t waiting for you to get moving. Children and teens are already gearing up for the first test of 2026, and February 6th will be here before you know it.

Adults looking to start training this year, you’re up next. February is our next Open Enrollment period for the adult class. While the kids’ and teens’ classes are open year‑round, our adult program only accepts new students in February, June, and October. Kent School District may be on Winter Break—but we’re still kicking for the next two days. Classes run on our normal schedule today and tomorrow, and then we take our own Winter Break. New year classes begin January 5, 2026.

New Students and Parents

Hope everyone is staying safe and dry during the heavy rain.

Please remember to obey all closed road signs—standing water that looks calm can conceal dangerous depths or hidden currents. Safety comes first.

The school remains OPEN and unaffected by the weather. Classes will continue as scheduled through this week and into the first few days of next week, leading up to our winter break.

It’s our last full week of training before winter break—class schedule stays the same!

Next week: We’ll hold classes on Monday and Tuesday as the Kent School District begins its break. If your holiday plans aren’t too packed, come train with us—we’ll work off some of that extra energy before the new year!

Last test of the year went off without a hitch!
While traditionally a smaller test, it was great to see such a strong showing to close out the year. Testing results are posted in the entryway!
