Looks like we’re in for a nicer weekend than we have seen in awhile! Great to have the weather getting warmer and the sun shining! We are getting closer to our next testing cycle for children and teens, only two weeks away! Keep training and making those gains.
Adults will continue as always, adding new throws, new positions and new submissions! Don’t miss out, make that mat time a priority!
Enjoy the weekend and we’ll see you on the mats come Monday!
Welcome to a new week! Things are looking up this week as it looks like the weather is going to give us some slightly warmer days! Might even be warm enough for us to get the doors and let the breeze come through for a while during training this week. Always adds a little extra energy to training.
Welcome to a new month, hopefully a lucky one too! Luck favours the prepared however, so remember to get your training in and stay focused on your goals.
Last week of the month as we fly through February. Hope everyone had a great Presidents Week! Training is going strong and it’s great to see all the kids, teens and adults getting active again. Keep up the hard work and we’ll continue to make a bigger and better 2021!
Welcome to Presidents Day! Hope everyone got through this weekends snow, warm and well.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning and a wind advisory. Right now the Kent area may get up to 1 to 3 inches of snow tonight (Thursday). More snow is predicted for Friday and Saturday.
Looks like the week decided to kick off with some light snow and cold temperature! Those cold temps are here to stay and may bring more snow later in the week. Be safe everyone!
Have a fantastic weekend everyone!
Monday is here and it’s nice to say that King county (and others) have entered phase 2 or reopening. It is hopefully the start of moving things in a more positive direction.
