Testing last Friday weas awesome! It was so great to return to a normal testing procedure. Being able to have parents in to watch the test and see all their kids have achieved spectacular. I can’t begin to describe how happy I am with the whole thing. Testing results are posted at the school, congratulations to everyone!

The sad news is this, it looks like due to continued covid shipping delays we will not be getting belts in this week. So, I will hand out belts, hopefully, starting next week during class times. As production and shipping slowly get back to normal, I look forward to being able to host our belt ceremony once again. Hopefully by next test!

Rest of the week is going to be a real scorcher! Heat is rising so we will have the AC on. Drink lots of water and let’s make it a fantastic week!

Please remember to arrive 5 to 10 min EARLY! Testing times are approximate, please be patient as we return to normal. Parents may attend!

Children (by belt color)

White and Senior White Belts – Start at 5 pm

Yellow, Senior Yellow, Orange, Senior Orange, and Senior Green – Start at 5:40 pm

Red – Start at 6:15 pm

All Teens –

Start at 7 pm – Teenager test will begin when all the children’s tests have completed. Please be patient. While we always try to start on time, this is our first test like this in over a year. If possible, teenagers should arrive at 5 pm to help with the children’s test. Arrive early for your test.

Welcome to Aug! Welcome to a return to our normal belt testing for Children and Teens! What an exciting way to kick off a new month. Testing will be this Friday Aug 6th! Parents will be allowed to come in and view testing, something we haven’t been able to do for over a year! Testing times will be posted by Thursday evening so please check back here to stay up to date.

Adults will have normal CAMBO class Monday to Thursday, but nothing on Friday due to the children and teens test. So, push yourself to make it in this week and get your sweat on. No excuses here, only great training.

Looks like we’re in for another bout of hot temperatures! Hang in their folks, the air conditioning is on and we will adjust our training as needed. Remember to drink that water and do what you can to stay cool.

It’s Monday and the last week of July! Let’s kick training into high gear as the children and teens make read for belt testing; and the adults put some more sweat on the mats, accomplishing personal goals, and getting ready for some upcoming competitions!

Another wonderful week and it’s already Friday! Amazing how much time flies when you’re working hard and having fun. Next week will be the last week for children and teens to get ready for belt testing. Enjoy your weekend and prepare for that finial push. Adults continue to put some great sweat on the mats, adding new throws and submissions into their game.

Hope you had a fantastic weekend and now it’s time to get to work. Work doesn’t have to be a bad word; work can be great when you’re training martial arts with us! Classes are in full swing, and we are having an exciting time! All classes are up and running children, teens, and adults, all we are missing is you!

Last week Washington State returned to being fully open. As small business I’m happy to have survived in these troubling times but looking forward to the future. We thank everyone for all the support and care we have received. We have been humbled by your love. Now as we look to tomorrow, we will continue what has always been our mandate to serve you with the best martial arts program you can find. We are using this moment to renew our commitment, update our facilities and soar to even greater heights! Old students and new, friends and family, we made it and now let’s build some better memories.
