Adults’ reminder to get your training in. No class on Friday because of the belt test, so push a little extra for the next couple of days!
This Friday will be the last test of 2021 for teens and children! Please have all testing applications turned in by Wednesday. Testing times will be posted by Thursday late afternoon, so check back then! It’s going to be a terrific way to finish the year!
Adults CAMBO class will be working throws and submissions as we begin to look at some combat CAMBO applications. Self-Defense and striking – oh my!

Welcome to Thanksgiving week! I’m so excited for the holiday season to swing into high gear. Reminder this week we are only OPEN – MONDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY. Please enjoy the long weekend with your family!
NEXT WEEK – Friday Dec. 3 is the last test of the year for Children and Teens. Testing applications will need to be turned in on Nov. 29 (Mon.), Nov 30(Tues.) or Dec 1(Wed.). Please plan accordingly.
Reminder to the adult class, that starting Monday Nov. 29 we will be doing some self-defense / combat CAMBO training. Keep focused, it’s going to eb a fun way to end the year!

Looks like we’re getting some break from the rain. I’ll take whatever sunshine I can get! When you’re headed into the parking lot, please be aware that they are repairing / working on the parking lot near our location this week. Sill plenty of room, just keep an extra eye on the machinery moving around.
Next week is Thanksgiving and the week after that is testing! I love this time of year.
Last full week of training for this month. Next week we have Thanksgiving and then on to Dec! The week after that we have the last test of the year, so many things happening!
The rain continues to fall. We hope everyone is doing okay and avoiding any flood type issues. Stay dry and stay positive it looks like it might be here for a while.

Friday! While we count the days to Thanksgiving, we are putting some serious sweat on the mats. Great job this week everyone! It seems some kids got an extra days’ vacation this week from school, I hope you enjoyed it.

Welcome to Wednesday. Tomorrow (Thursday) is Veterans Day and we are OPEN for all classes. We always celebrate our nations Veterans, who worked so hard to protect us, by working hard on the mats. It’s the best way we can think of to show respect. We hope you will join us. If not please take a moment to thank someone who has served.
