Once a test has started, late students will not be allowed to enter. With so many participants, punctuality is crucial to keeping everything running smoothly. We appreciate your patience as we work through the requirements. While we strive to make the process efficient, the sheer number of testers often leads to late nights, especially for teens.

White, Sr. White Belts, Yellow and Sr. Yellow belts — 5 pm
Orange, Sr. Orange, Green, Sr. Green, Blue, Sr. Purple — 5:20 pm
Sr. Brown and Sr. Red — 5:50 pm

Teenagers
If possible, teenagers should arrive at 5:00 PM to assist with the children’s test. If that’s not feasible, please arrive no later than 6:20 PM. The teenagers’ test will begin immediately after the children’s test concludes.

Once again, teens must be present no later than 6:15 PM. All teens are expected to attend the test, whether they are participating or not. Please support your teammates and plan to stay for the entire duration of the test.
