This past Friday was the first teen and children test of 2024! What a sensational way to start the year. Testing results are posted in the front entryway at the school! Congratulations to all!

Once a test has started, late students may not enter. We have a good number of people testing. Please be on time to help ensure it runs smoothly! Please be patient as we work through it! First test of the year is typically a small one, and this year is no different. Please check your times carefully!

Children (Test according to their current Rank)

White, Sr. White and Sr. Yellow belts — 5 pm

Orange and Sr. Orange belts — 5:30 pm

Blue, Purple and Sr. Purple — 6:10 pm

Teenagers

If possible, teenagers should show up at 5 pm to help with the children’s test. If not, then please show by 6:00 pm. The teenager test will begin immediately after the children’s tests end. Again, Teens please show no later than 6:00 pm!

All teens should show for the test whether or not they are testing. Please support your teammates and plan to be there for the entire test.

Testing applications are due by the end of TODAY (Wednesday). Testing times will be posted on Thursday. Testing is THIS Friday. Can’t wait for the first test of 2024!

Sign ups for our next adult sessions have begun. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a closed training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. So now is the time, classes start on February 5th.

• Classes capped at a 10 to 1 student to instructor ratio.
• Classes run by the head coach.
• Learn throwing, submission grappling, striking and self-defense in a no ego atmosphere.
• Pre-registration is required before starting.
