Today, we honor those brave souls who have served this nation in war and peace. Let us extend our heartfelt gratitude to them for their selflessness and recognize the sacrifices they have made as members of the United States Armed Forces.
No matter how your week was going, it is now Friday! By training all week, you have improved your life, and made steps towards your next goal! Enjoy the weekend, you have earned it!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and we’re getting ready for a season of gratitude and joy. Get ready for our annual sale in our online store! It’s the perfect time to pick up some shorts for summer, a new hoodie for the holidays, or maybe a t-shirt or two. More information coming soon!

We had a fantastic Halloween party this past Friday! Thank you all for coming. I know we missed a lot of people when taking pictures this year. Our group picture turned into a never ending “Hey we’re done!” to “wait someone else showed up!”. I’m not sure how many times we did that, but I hope everyone found it as humorous as I did. Even with that, we missed people. Hopefully next year will be better. What photos we have can be found on our Facebook page. Please enjoy!
Thursday! – Halloween Day!: We will be closed for classes. Enjoy your Halloween and please be safe out there!
Rest of the week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, will be classes as normal. Let’s get to work!
Friday! We have our Kids’ Halloween Party tonight, so no normal classes. Everything starts at 5 pm. Students, friends and family are all welcome! Can’t wait to see everyone!
Mid-week and things are rocking. Classes are going great and it’s always heartening to see so many great people putting the work in! Keep it going! Lots happening this week. Let’s break it down with adults, children, and teens:
Adults: Last 2 days to register for our Open Enrollment! While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. Pre-registration is required before starting and once closed you’ll have to wait till 2025 to try again! We are closing registration on the 24th, yes a day early, so get in if you want to get going! If you need more detailed information / pricing, please contact us at
Children: Our annual Halloween party is this Friday! Starting at 5 pm. Open to all students, friends, and family! Kids may wear their costumes or simply come as a “lion’s way student”. Games, tricks and treats will be had!
Saturday: We have a children’s black belt test! Starting at 1 pm. If any teenagers or advanced kid students are available, we ask that you come to support and encourage this extraordinary step! We hope to see you there!
