Monday’s here—and the next few weeks are packed with action! Let’s dive in.
🔥 This Week:
- Temperatures are high, but thankfully not too extreme. Still, make sure kids stay hydrated with water throughout the day.
- If you’re coming to class, please avoid fruit juices—especially in the heat. The acidity plus activity can lead to upset stomachs.
- The Kent School District kicks off its school year this week—welcome back to all students and families!
Next Monday (Sept 1):
- We’ll be closed for Labor Day in observance of the holiday. No classes that day.
🎯 Coming Up:
- The week after Labor Day, it’s time for our annual Paintball Games for teens and adults! Sign up at the school ASAP to reserve your spot.
Let’s finish summer strong—with excitement, great training, and a whole lot of fun.
Friday’s here, and so is the heat, but it’s saving the worst for the weekend, so training is ON.

School starts in less than two weeks! Let’s make these last summer days count!
A little much-needed rain to carry us through the weekend. Wishing you a fantastic one!
The heat wave came and went. Now it’s clear skies for the rest of the week and into next. Perfect time to get back to focused training and push ourselves as the new school year starts to peek around the corner.
Tuesday Heat Advisory! – No classes today.
What a week! Training was strong, and we wrapped up our last belt test with some serious celebration. Belts arrive Monday—just in time to kick things up a notch.
After a fantastic Summer Time test, we’re diving into August! Results are posted at the school, and this week marks the start of the last full month before school begins. Summer is flying by. It’s never too late to jump in and get ahead for the next school season. Let’s make it count.
