Our comprehensive program covers punching, kicking, throwing, submission grappling and weapons. For Adults, we offer SAMBO (also called CAMBO) a Russian Style of martial arts consisting primarily of Judo and Submission Grappling. For Children and Teenagers, we offer age appropriate classes in a traditional martial arts environment that includes Karate, kickboxing and CAMBO.

Friday! What a great week of training! Despite the wave of sickness going around, it’s fantastic to see so many people on the mats. This is a good time to remind everyone that we have a strict no-sickness policy. If you are a child, teen, or adult with any symptoms, please stay home. You can always make up classes; we want to keep everyone healthy!Adults! – Next week is the last opportunity to sign up for our Open Registration. While we initially planned to keep this window open until the 28th, we are now considering closing it early. Therefore, we encourage you not to delay. Please note that this applies only to our adult class. Registration for children and teens remains open year-round.

Wednesday! Mid-winter break is over for the Kent school district. Time to heat up the training! Adults, we are nearing the final days of our Open Registration. Please be aware that this registration period may close early, as we already have a strong group of new students. If you are interested in joining our exclusive training group, don’t delay. Email us for more information at info@lionsway.us. Currently, registration is set to close on February 28, but it could close as soon as the 25th. Don’t miss out.
- Presidents’ Day!
Monday and YES we are OPEN for Presidents’ Day / Week—classes as normal.While the Kent School District is closed from the 17th to the 18th, we are turning up the heat and battling the cold with some fantastic classes! Keep those kids and teens active; time to get training!
Adults – Your chance is coming to an end! Registration for our next Open Enrollment period is now available. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in February, June and October. So now is the time! Classes started on February 3rd and are running until February 28th. Last two weeks till this offer closes!
