Our comprehensive program covers punching, kicking, throwing, submission grappling and weapons. For Adults, we offer SAMBO (also called CAMBO) a Russian Style of martial arts consisting primarily of Judo and Submission Grappling. For Children and Teenagers, we offer age appropriate classes in a traditional martial arts environment that includes Karate, kickboxing and CAMBO.

Friday! Gotta to love a good Friday, especially when it comes off such a great week of training! We’re about 2 weeks out from belt testing for children and teens! If you’re going to be ready, start sharpening up those last-minute skills. Reminder for Adults: Our open Open Enrollment for our SAMBO (also called CAMBO) class is currently active. While our children and teens classes are open year round for new students, our adult class is a private training group. We only accept new students in the SAMBO class during February, June and October. You must preregister before starting and the window is only open from June 3rd to the 24th. Adults, are you ready to start working on your goals? Have fun, get in shape and learn to protect yourself! A great opportunity is coming!While our children and teen classes are open year round for new students, our adult class operates as a closed training group. That means we only have open enrollment three times a year! February, June and October. Now accepting registration for the June Open Enrollment, which will last from June 3rd to the 24th.
So our next open enrollment is here! Our CAMBO (also called SAMBO) class, Russian style throwing, submission grappling, striking and self defense, has what you need. A no ego atmosphere dedicated to training. Classes are capped at 10 students, ensuring personalized attention from our experienced instructors. A great learning environment for those new to CAMBO or those looking to up their previous training.
