Tuesday! Looks like the hottest day of the week. We’re near that red line, but thankfully not crossing it. We will be OPEN for all classes today.

Please eat mild food and drink water throughout the day. We recommend NOT eating high sugary foods since they require more water to metabolize. Also, avoid fruit juices since their acidic value can upset stomachs during high heat. If you’re coming to train, we will be slowing classes down for everyone’s well-being.
