Wednesday June 19, Juneteenth! School is out on this honorable national holiday. We will be showing our respect the best way we can, by training. We are OPEN for all classes today.

Also, the heat is starting to rise. The next couple days temperatures will creep over 80 degrees! We have air conditioning in our training facility, and we actively use it to create a comfortable environment for our students. Please remember that water is the best things and to keep yourself hydrated. For children we ask that you avoid fruit juices before coming to class. Citric acid, plus heat, plus training are not a good mix. Thanks for your understanding!
